We have 5 team booth kits available to borrow for events. We must remember that using these booths is a privilege as a Hoosier Events team member and they should be treated as so.

The cost of the booth kit rental is built into the rep agreement and is as follows:

All rep working the event is charge is $10/day with a max of $30. (whether you use your own or use the teams, everyone is charged the flat rate).

If a rep borrows a booth owned by a team leader, he/she is responsible to return the booth within 24 hours of the show in the same condition as it was lent out. All logistics must be established before a booth kit is borrowed.

Booths include a list of every item in its contents.

For any Cutco item that is missing upon return of the booth, the borrowing rep must replace the item of its retail value.

Other items that are lost or damaged (banners, table, tents, etc) must be replaced at full cost.

Booth owners are not obligated to rent out their personal booth kits and the decision is up to the discretion of the owner.

When a booth renter acquires a booth before a show, it is his/her responsibility to inventory all booth contents and note any damages. He/she must report any missing items or damages before the event to the booth owner and/or VDM. Any costs will be charged to the previous booth renter.
